Manager, Store Design (Retail Architect)

Lead the end-to-end design of Sephora’s iconic retail environments, from concept through construction completion. Manage a team of Store Designers and collaborate cross-functionally with Real Estate, Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Property Development across North America. Own project scope, oversee quality control with third-party architecture firms, and drive design implementation through documentation, permitting, and stakeholder communication while improving store design tools and processes.
