Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage project management commissions from inception to delivery, ensuring objectives are met on time, cost and quality.
  • •Interface with the client on a day-to-day basis, maintaining communication and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Develop and maintain master project plans, schedules and resource plans, and manage procurement of resources.
  • •Monitor risks, implement mitigations and apply performance management techniques including KPI-driven improvements.
  • •Manage budgets, forecast costs, and report progress to stakeholders and clients.

Key Requirements

  • •NEC (3/4) accreditation preferred
  • •Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS, etc recommended
  • •Degree qualified in a construction related subject preferred
  • •Experience leading project governance, budgets and schedules
  • •Strong stakeholder management and client interfacing skills
