•Support the day-to-day product management of Microsoft 365 enterprise productivity services used across business units.
•Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing product enhancements, releases, and platform updates impacting end users.
•Help identify opportunities to improve employee workflows, productivity, and user experience across Office applications.
•Partner with senior product managers to ensure a consistent, scalable, and user-centered experience across all M365 tools.
•Help evaluate how employees interact with Microsoft 365 tools and identify opportunities to improve usability and consistency, reduce friction in daily workflows, and enable more effective cross-tool collaboration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 78,000 - 124,750 annually

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Digital Workplace roles.
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
•Understanding of how Microsoft 365 tools are used in enterprise business workflows.
•Experience supporting product updates, system enhancements, or enterprise technology implementations.
•Ability to translate business needs and user feedback into clear product requirements.
