Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure safe, efficient storage and retrieval that meet operational and customer demand.
  • •Maintain warehouse storage facilities, manage stock takes, and ensure accurate integrated inventory management system data.
  • •Oversee daily inventory operations in line with approved policies and procedures.
  • •Lead follow-up to resolve customer concerns by identifying errors, eliminating root causes, and applying robust countermeasures.
  • •Supervise requisitions and requests through invoice processes for reimbursements; support HSE initiatives, safety awareness, and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years relevant working experience.
  • •Strong ERP knowledge; SAP functional skills are required.
  • •Knowledge of storekeeping and warehousing practices, including maintaining accurate records using relevant software.
  • •Knowledge of warehouse and inventory control duties, including shipping and receiving operations.
  • •Ability to support HSE initiatives and ensure compliance with safety procedures and standard operating procedures.
