Job Summary

Own and improve mission-critical developer platforms for Air Dominance teams by operating and enhancing GitLab-based CI/CD, Jira/Confluence, and PostgreSQL. Lead reliability and performance initiatives across cloud and on-prem infrastructure using AWS/Azure, Linux, and containers. Build and maintain automation with Infrastructure as Code and Ansible, develop monitoring with SLIs/SLOs/error budgets, troubleshoot incidents, and mentor engineers to mature SRE practices. This role is 100% onsite in Berkeley, MO.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate and maintain GitLab, GitLab CI/CD runners, Jira, Confluence, PostgreSQL, and related developer tooling infrastructure.
•Lead deployment/configuration of build servers, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
•Administer cloud-based and on-prem infrastructure using approved AWS/Azure, Linux, virtualization, and container platforms.
•Own platform reliability across availability, performance, capacity, backup/recovery, operational readiness; drive monitoring with SLIs/SLOs, SLAs, KPIs, and error budgets.
•Develop automation with Infrastructure as Code and Ansible, plan and execute approved changes, support incident response and post-incident reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Salary: USD 160,650 - 217,350 annually

•Experience with GitLab, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD, plus scalable cloud infrastructure design (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
