Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage budget, forecast, and monthly closing for the Industrial Management scope across logistics, product development, and the Industrial Division.
  • •Calculate and analyze COGS, determine industrial overheads, value inventory movements, and coordinate with Accounts Payable and Inventory Controlling teams.
  • •Compare actual product costs vs. standard costs and track Product Development costs for prototype and sample launches.
  • •Prepare periodic reporting and calculate KPIs for the Industrial area, plus develop ad hoc analyses on industrial cost trends.
  • •Optimize the SAP cost control system by monitoring WIP, correcting input anomalies, and creating customized data extraction layouts.

Salary: EUR 38,000 - 42,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in industrial controlling, preferably in structured organizations and within the fashion industry.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or related fields (or equivalent professional background).
  • •Strong skills in analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence applications.
  • •Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Fluent in Italian and English.
