Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain required cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest-facing and back-of-house areas.
  • •Deliver first-rate customer experience and lead customer service, including a secure and safe overnight environment.
  • •Clean and maintain all areas across the estate, including laundry runs.
  • •Work with Events Coordinators to plan and deliver room set-ups and set up the Conference Centre for upcoming trade.
  • •Take on Night Porter hours and duties in the absence of the Night Porter and support the Maintenance team with internal/external cleanliness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 13 - 13.25
