Key Responsibilities

  • •Support control account managers and provide forecast inputs for assigned contracts to the FP&A monthly forecast process.
  • •Collaborate with Project Managers and wider teams to capture forecast inputs and help explain variances against prior forecast and plan.
  • •Collate Estimate at Complete (EAC) inputs to determine expected profitability upon contract completion.
  • •Assist overhead and G&A monthly forecasting by tracking actuals vs forecast and performing variance analysis to identify key drivers.
  • •Support month-end close activities, including raising overhead/G&A journals, and contribute to ad-hoc finance process improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have current legal authorization to work immediately in the United Kingdom; Boeing does not sponsor employment visa status.
  • •Work towards a Finance-related degree (estimated 2:1 or above preferred).
  • •Ambition to study for a professional qualification (e.g., CIMA/ACCA) following university.
  • •Proactive approach to learning and developing during the 12-month internship.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel, with confidence presenting data to senior stakeholders.
