Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support contaminated sites investigations, environmental assessments, and remediation projects from planning through closure.
  • •Interpret environmental data to develop practical, science-based recommendations for clients and regulators.
  • •Lead, coordinate, and execute field programs across soil, groundwater, sediment, vapour, and surface water investigations; direct junior staff and subcontractors.
  • •Prepare proposals, technical reports, work plans, and regulatory submissions.
  • •Collaborate with engineers, geologists, and environmental professionals, and build trusted client relationships while mentoring junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geoscience, Biology, or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years executing contaminated sites investigations, remediation, and environmental assessment projects.
  • •Strong understanding of provincial and federal environmental regulations and contaminated sites frameworks (federal experience is an asset).
  • •Experience with soil, groundwater, surface water, vapour, and sediment sampling methodologies and environmental investigation programs.
  • •Professional designation or eligibility for registration with an applicable professional association (asset), plus a valid driver's license and willingness to travel for fieldwork.
