Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design work and manage multi-disciplinary practical areas and project types, including cross-professional integrated projects.
  • •Develop landscape design concepts and produce high-quality deliverables across project phases (concept, scheme, detailed design, tender documents, and construction drawings).
  • •Prepare detailed design drawings (plans and sections) and technical specifications to meet AECOM quality standards and client needs.
  • •Support project management to ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams, engineers, and environmental experts; participate in client briefings/design reviews and provide construction-stage professional support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or above) in urban design, urban planning, or architecture-related fields.
  • •10 years of relevant experience; candidates with urban design/urban planning/architecture background are preferred.
  • •Fluent Chinese (Chinese native or highly fluent); good English ability is preferred.
  • •Proficiency with drafting and presentation tools such as SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint.
  • •Experience developing space planning, including master planning and feasibility assessment projects.
