Job Summary

Lead actuarial and financial work for private equity and mid-market clients within the Health & Benefits team. Key Responsibilities

•Lead actuarial and financial workstreams on client teams for private equity and mid-market clients.
•Provide technical coaching, guidance, and quality review for team members, including final sign-off on deliverables.
•Deliver benefit strategy and actuarial consulting such as benchmarking, plan design, pricing, budgeting, and carrier bid evaluation.
•Prepare regular monthly or quarterly financial reporting packages for clients using and enhancing existing templates.
•Lead ad hoc analyses and projects (e.g., ROI analysis and self-funded vs fully insured funding evaluations).

Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6–12 years of health care industry experience in a carrier and/or consulting environment.
•Proven project management experience leading multi-stakeholder projects with ownership of timelines and deliverables.
•Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
•Strong understanding of self-insured and fully insured funding arrangements, including financial modeling and funding strategy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-technical audiences.
