Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct legal research, including finding precedents and relevant statutes and articles, and assist with preliminary work for legal opinions issued by external counsel.
  • •Assist in drafting transaction components using company templates (e.g., NDAs, TSAs, POAs, MOUs, incorporation and approval documents).
  • •Collate and draft conditions precedent for financial close in projects and/or completion of M&A transactions, using third-party IT platforms such as Legatics.
  • •Support bid preparation from a legal perspective by collaborating with Bid Management and other stakeholders to ensure legal documentation is complete and accurate.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams, manage document execution and internal signing formalities through Egnyte and other signing platforms, and adhere to relevant policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •A recognised training in law; a bachelor’s degree in law is preferable.
  • •0–3 years’ experience as a paralegal.
  • •Strong knowledge of contracts and other legal documents.
  • •Good research skills and basic understanding of English legal terms and definitions.
  • •Excellent written and spoken English, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
