Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate end dumps and/or belly dumps (with and without pups) and related equipment thoroughly and correctly.
  • •Operate equipment safely and efficiently while following CRH safety policies.
  • •Keep accurate time and material records.
  • •Follow verbal and written instructions and understand different types and sizes of aggregates.
  • •Maneuver and back with a pup trailer; communicate via radio; connect and disconnect pup trailers.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination).
  • •Must possess a valid state CDL Class A with double/triple and air brake endorsements.
  • •Must possess a valid Medical Card as per DOT standard.
  • •Incident-free driving record preferred.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively using a two-way radio and follow verbal and written instructions.
