Key Responsibilities

  • •Process deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, savings withdrawals, night/mail deposits, and cashier’s checks.
  • •Answer client questions in person and over the telephone and process additional transactions, including currency transaction reports.
  • •Identify and execute basic cross-sell and referral opportunities; direct clients to a banker.
  • •Maintain client confidence by keeping information confidential and complying with bank operations and security procedures.
  • •Reconcile the cash drawer by verifying transactions, counting and packaging currency and coin, and maintaining appropriate cash supplies.
