Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure consistency of business processes, process requirements, and projects by coordinating with the Process Community and stakeholders.
  • •Analyze end-to-end (cross-functional, interface-focused) mapped processes to reduce redundancies and improve efficiency in process communication.
  • •Develop and support the Process Community to strengthen process thinking and true process ownership.
  • •Support inclusion of suggested process improvements where appropriate.
  • •Liaise with the Process Community to develop the process landscape in the company management system and facilitate process-related workshops.
  • •Serve as an internal reference for lean concepts, principles, tools, and techniques.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in business-level English with strong communication and facilitation skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
  • •Ability to structure and self-organize work with a quality and process-oriented mindset.
  • •Solid knowledge of Google Workspace tools and comfort using IT tools in general.
  • •Professional experience in the aviation industry and a basic understanding of quality standards/certification such as AS9120 (plus).
