Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage daily operations of the service and parts departments to achieve business objectives.
  • •Develop and implement strategies to maximise departmental profitability and revenue streams.
  • •Ensure high customer satisfaction by personally handling escalated complaints when necessary.
  • •Recruit, train, and mentor the aftersales team and foster continuous improvement and customer focus.
  • •Manage parts inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and logistics; monitor KPIs and budgets and prepare performance reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or similar senior role, preferably in luxury automotive.
  • •Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate, develop, and retain staff.
  • •Commercial acumen with budgeting, financial control, and P&L responsibility.
  • •Technical knowledge of vehicle service/repair and parts management.
  • •Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and relevant software.
