Operations Manager

Manage technical and financial operations for audiovisual systems project design, integration, and service. Lead internal engineering workflows (CAD, programming, field engineering, shop activities, installation/repair) and supervise outsourced or subcontract work for installations. Oversee departmental budget, schedule resources, maintain project documentation, mentor technicians, and coordinate client training and field testing. Serve as customer liaison or support project sign-offs in the absence of other managers, with travel to job sites as needed.
