Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead specialized and critical hiring initiatives and independently manage niche and executive-level recruitment mandates end-to-end.
  • •Own requisitions and accountable sourcing/research strategies to identify, engage, and cultivate a pipeline of candidates.
  • •Drive strategic TA projects including process redesign, workforce planning, recruitment analytics, automation, and digital transformation.
  • •Serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders, translating priorities into targeted talent acquisition strategies.
  • •Design and manage cross-functional project plans, timelines, success metrics, and risk mitigation while optimizing vendor relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, human resources, or a related discipline and/or equivalent experience.
  • •At least 10 years of talent acquisition (or relevant) experience, including a minimum of 2 years managing strategic projects.
  • •At least 2 years leading executive-level searches (in a search firm or in-house) with deep sourcing expertise.
  • •Experience designing and experimenting with innovative programs, tools, technologies, and processes to support talent acquisition needs.
  • •Experience using data and analytics to develop short- and long-term hiring plans.
