•Drive and promote a zero-incident culture and employee engagement.
•Use established EHS data processes to manage and report injuries/illnesses, environmental metrics, risk assessments, and action items.
•Coordinate continual improvement by evaluating safety data and leading the safety effort.
•Ensure regular audits of office, warehouse, and production areas; develop and maintain facility management plans for hazardous waste and materials, including auditing waste treatment, storage, disposal, and recycling facilities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences/Engineering or Occupational Safety, or an equivalent two-year technical degree with field/operations experience.
•5+ years of manufacturing experience, with emphasis on health and safety management or experience in a technical environment with strong EHS practices.
•Preferred OSHA 511, DOT Hazmat, and RCRA knowledge.
•Strong ability to lead, motivate, engage, and influence others.
•Must hold a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (e.g., DUI, hit-and-run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving).
