Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject matter expert for commissions processing and the Xactly product suite, including commission plan components.
  • •Gather and document detailed business requirements, then design, configure, and manage Xactly platform functionality.
  • •Write and refine commission rules, analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes as needed.
  • •Coordinate implementations and UAT with Sales Operations and Finance, including communications, demos, and user training.
  • •Design, develop, test, document, and deploy technical solutions on the Xactly platform; diagnose unexpected results and coordinate resolution; perform reporting and analysis and manage commission data changes via ETL/Data Warehouse.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of experience working with and building Sales Compensation systems in a professional, fast-paced environment.
  • •Current Xactly Incent certification (e.g., Incent Level 3).
  • •3-5 years of experience querying SQL RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB2, HyperSQL, Salesforce, SQLite).
  • •Experience configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting the Xactly Incent platform; experience with Xactly or competing sales compensation suites is highly desirable.
