Key Responsibilities

  • •Review technical blueprints and layouts to determine AC servicing requirements.
  • •Troubleshoot, and maintenance of DX systems, window AC units, FCU units, and related HVAC components.
  • •Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and performance tests to ensure optimal equipment functioning.
  • •Diagnose faults, replace defective parts, and calibrate thermostats and controls.
  • •Perform emergency repairs in a timely manner to minimize operational disruptions.

Key Requirements

  • •ITI or Diploma in Air Conditioning, HVAC, or a related technical field.
  • •3-5 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining DX and window AC systems in retail, commercial, or facility management environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of refrigerant handling, HVAC system diagnostics, and preventive maintenance procedures.
  • •Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
