Own the end-to-end user experience of the core application for enterprise legal workflows, including contract review, diligence, compliance analysis, and advisory research. Translate AI capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy, scalable experiences that match how legal professionals work. Lead workflow design, trust and explainability at the application layer, search and retrieval experiences, user-AI collaboration feedback loops, and enterprise deployment/adoption strategy—working closely with AI, platform, design, engineering, and customer teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end product strategy and application experience for core legal workflows.
•Design enterprise-ready workflows across review, diligence, compliance, and research use cases.
•Own how AI responses are presented, including structured summaries, citations, edge case handling, traceability, and uncertainty indicators.
•Shape how users query and navigate across documents, datasets, prior work, and external sources; define seamless navigation back to sources.
•Drive enterprise deployment and adoption by supporting secure rollout with permissions, audit trails, deployment controls, and partnering with customer enablement teams.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of product management experience, with ownership of complex, user-facing enterprise application suites.
•Experience building AI products in startup environments, including 0→1 product development and early-stage scaling.
•Proven ability to take products from concept to launch, rapid iteration, and customer adoption.
•Strong background in workflow design, usability, and B2B/enterprise UX.
•Technical fluency to collaborate deeply with engineering and AI teams and translate capabilities into product requirements.
