Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and coach a team of software development and system validation engineers.
  • •Review requirements and develop validation methodologies and comprehensive functional/performance test plans for networking technologies in large-scale AI cluster solutions.
  • •Develop and maintain benchmarks and automation tools/scripts for test execution, environment setup, log collection, and data analysis.
  • •Lead end-to-end investigations by reproducing scenarios, analyzing logs/telemetry/packet captures/metrics, triaging across the hardware and software stack, and driving root-cause resolution.
  • •Collaborate with software and hardware teams to debug networking technologies; profile AI training/inference workloads, document findings, and continuously improve validation methods and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. / B.A. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •8+ years of experience in networking, system validation, or related domains.
  • •3+ years of experience leading software or system development teams.
  • •Proven experience debugging complex production systems using hypotheses, experiments, and driving issues to root cause.
  • •Strong scripting/automation experience using Python, Bash, and/or Ansible, plus the ability to read and reason about C/C++ code.
