Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and build control and data plane implementations for a secure, highly available, multi-tenant machine learning platform.
  • •Develop Ray and Spark distributed compute engine solutions to accelerate diverse workloads (including LLM pre-training and reinforcement learning) and improve compute unit economics.
  • •Implement systemic improvements for operational excellence, including automating KTLO workflows.
  • •Direct technical execution across a project portfolio, collaborating with teams working on distributed microservices and large foundation models.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor for specific technologies and capability domains, communicate effectively with enterprise stakeholders, and lead mentoring and recruiting to grow tech talent.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 293,600 - 335,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in software engineering.
  • •At least 7 years of experience designing distributed systems, backend architecture, and API platforms.
  • •At least 5 years of experience with public cloud technologies.
  • •Experience with designing and implementing large-scale, highly available, high-performance distributed systems and platform capabilities.
