Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor execution of HSE activities on a project to ensure compliance with the project HSE plan and HSEMS requirements.
  • •Develop and implement field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
  • •Conduct HSE training and safety awareness programs, including tool box talks and employee/visitor/project inductions.
  • •Identify hazards and unsafe conditions daily, raise observation reports, and record corrective measures; address and report violations with recommendations.
  • •Provide daily/weekly/monthly HSE performance reports, ensure risk assessments are completed for tasks, and inspect safety equipment and fire extinguishers daily/monthly as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
  • •NEBOSH diploma or related technical certificates.
  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years relevant working experience; GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses and developing mitigation strategies.
  • •Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
