Job Summary

Deliver personalized client service at the Columbus, NE Hwy. 30 branch by holding financial conversations to understand needs and provide solutions. Open and maintain consumer and business deposit products, IRAs, CDs, and credit cards, and process consumer loan requests. Build relationships through outbound outreach, assist with Teller transactions as needed, and refer clients to other lines of business while documenting activity in 360 View and following regulatory requirements.

•Provide personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
•Open and maintain deposit and retirement products (checking/savings, IRAs, CDs) and assist with consumer and small business credit cards.
•Hold financial conversations to determine needs, process consumer loan requests, and help with small business loan requests as needed.
•Identify referral opportunities across lines of business and use 360 View to document referrals and client activity.
•Perform Teller duties as needed, including processing transactions and accurately counting currency and coin, while complying with regulations.
