Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute compensation processes for local grade structures, including ad-hoc payments and market pricing.
  • •Analyze job evaluations and administer equity reviews, job reclassifications, compensation adjustments, and off-cycle salary increases.
  • •Provide benefits administration support, resolving escalated inquiries and managing eligibility, enrollment, termination, and life event changes.
  • •Coordinate audits and retirement management, including quality control audits and plan design changes.
  • •Manage benefits and retirement process with vendors, handle invoice payments, and continuously improve compensation & benefits administration processes and technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in English and Portuguese.
