Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead payment issue investigations from first signal to measured outcomes using payments data, customer reports, and stakeholder input.
  • •Use SQL, Python, and payment-flow understanding to identify root causes even when signals are incomplete.
  • •Select the right problems based on customer impact, materiality, evidence, and a practical path to action; separate repeatable issues from isolated cases.
  • •Design and drive solutions by identifying levers across Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations, merchants, acquirers, processors, and card schemes; resolve unclear ownership.
  • •Define success measures before interventions, track actions/blocks to clear outcomes, and compare before-and-after results to improve operating methods.
