Job Summary

Research and map global employment compliance needs for overseas work scenarios (contracting, EOR, outsourcing, and hiring). Partner with overseas legal teams, law firms, and regional business units to identify risks and regulatory requirements, then translate findings into SOPs, approval mechanisms, and workflows. Continuously track labor, tax, and data compliance updates and build a reusable risk case library and governance system alongside HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Security.

Key Responsibilities

•Research employment models and overseas compliance requirements for contractor, EOR, outsourcing, and hiring scenarios.
•Coordinate with overseas legal teams, external law firms, and regional business units to identify employment risks and regulatory requirements.
•Track updates in labor law, taxation, data compliance, and workforce regulations to provide internal research and risk assessments.
•Translate compliance requirements into internal SOPs, management systems, approval mechanisms, and operational workflows for global standardization.
•Build an overseas employment risk case library and knowledge base, and support global workforce governance system construction with HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Security.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above and 3+ years of relevant experience.
•Familiar with global employment models and core processes, including EOR, third-party dispatch, and BPO.
•Strong research and information integration skills to synthesize policies from multiple countries into structured conclusions.
•English as a working language, able to communicate independently with overseas legal teams or external consultants.
•Experience in overseas labor law or international compliance projects.
