  • •Leverage applicant tracking system (Ashby) to automate tasks and focus on candidate experience
  • •Improve efficiency by maintaining data accuracy and gathering metrics to help prepare reports to keep recruiters and hiring managers on target
  • •Demonstrate ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • •Manage candidate travel arrangements and process expense claims
