Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead proposal development and technical negotiations as the primary technical interface with customers during the ITO phase.
  • •Translate RFQ requirements into technically sound solutions, including scope of supply definition, compliance to customer technical specifications, and coordination across departments.
  • •Manage technical proposal system integration for gas turbine/steam turbine/electric motor and centrifugal compressor opportunities.
  • •Define technical strategy and prepare, manage, and negotiate technical proposals, including estimation accuracy and proposal-related budgets/cost sheets.
  • •Conduct technical reviews, perform proposal-cycle risk management, and provide handoff to project management while mentoring junior application engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering from an accredited school.
  • •10+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in Oil & Gas or the energy segment with strong technical background.
  • •Excellent knowledge and experience with turbo-machinery equipment, including gas turbines, steam turbines, and centrifugal compressors.
  • •Good knowledge of API standards such as API617, API616, and API614.
  • •Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
