Job Summary

Own purchasing activities for metal fabrication components, managing suppliers to meet on-time delivery with the right quality. Drive inventory targets and optimum stock levels using Kanban and supply-chain coordination, while ordering/scheduling and expediting materials to support production plans. Manage vendor relationships and performance, run ISO/compliance audits, validate technical drawings and specs, and optimize costs through negotiation and continuous supplier improvement.

•Lead end-to-end procurement for electrical motors, instrumentation, components, and related accessories.

•Review and validate technical drawings, specifications, and tolerances for metal fab items.
•Manage inventory targets and supply chain via Kanban, stock optimization, ordering/scheduling/expediting, and vendor relationship/performance management including ISO/compliance audits.

Key Requirements

•Work closely with engineering and sales teams to understand motor specifications.
•Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes, welding, and machining.
