Senior Consultant / Project Manager - Transaction & Investor Services

Lead transaction and investor services engagements for top-tier private equity and strategic clients, taking responsibility for project modules and managing smaller projects with teams of consultants. Conduct holistic commercial due diligence for M&A deals, develop value creation programs, and present findings to clients. Collaborate closely with industry experts, build knowledge by capturing insights from client work, and contribute to office-wide studies on strategic topics.
