Job Summary

Experienced PMC Senior Planning Engineer responsible for developing, managing and controlling integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases for ADNOC Gas projects in Abu Dhabi, ensuring alignment with ADNOC standards and contractual milestones.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, baseline, update, and maintain detailed project schedules for design development, construction, pre-commissioning and start-up.
•Ensure the project is delivered to meet client schedule requirements and adhere to ADNOC standards and milestones.
•Coordinate with client representatives, team members, contractors and subcontractors to align schedules and requirements; organize workshops for buy-in.
•Prepare weekly, fortnightly and monthly progress reports and forecasts; review schedules prepared by contractors/subcontractors.
•Maintain safety and quality, and ensure work is performed in line with company procedures.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15 years' relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
•Bachelor degree in engineering.
•Knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction planning processes, planning tools, project management techniques.
•Knowledge of CTR and progress measurement processes.
•Experience of working with multi-national and multi-cultural project teams; EPC Projects and ADNOC Projects; Familiar with ADNOC Standards and procedures.
