Own resource planning and analytics for TikTok Shop’s seller/creator incentive programs. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute e-commerce resource planning strategies focused on incentive design, including goal/budget setting and performance review.
•Monitor and report on incentive KPIs such as conversion rates, incremental GMV growth, and merchant satisfaction.
•Evaluate the effectiveness of merchant incentive programs and recommend/implement adjustments to maximize impact.
•Partner with operations to ensure clear communication of incentive objectives, design, and execution.
•Partner with finance and product teams to analyze financial impact/ROI and ensure incentive program integration and functionality.

Key Requirements

•More than 4 years of experience leading teams of 5+ direct reports.
•Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
•Proven e-commerce experience, preferably with 3P marketplace models, including resource management or seller incentives experience.
•Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Familiarity with financial analysis and ROI calculations related to incentive programs.
