Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure Post Approval Review is conducted per approved process and check for breaches against local and internal regulations.
  • •Review the Daily Disaster Report for breaches and highlight any issues.
  • •Ensure adherence to policy changes: update and track changes, maintain records, and support policy testing for product performance assessment.
  • •Communicate and document credit policy decisions; ensure delegation/deviation matrix is in place.
  • •Analyze MIS to validate appropriateness of credit policies, monitor portfolio quality and the impact of policy changes; support collections review for top delinquent accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Fresh UAE National graduate.
  • •Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Communication skills and a finance academic background.
  • •Preferably some internships (not necessarily in banking sector).
  • •Basic knowledge of portfolio mix and performance metrics (e.g., expat vs UAE, TML vs NTML, salary transfer vs non-salary transfer).
