Key Responsibilities

•Process backend HR transactions related to General Employee Queries, Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation while meeting SLAs.
•Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures for Case Management and ensure consistent service delivery to internal customers.
•Support Data Management tasks such as audits, reporting, and data entry/update.
•Collaborate with HRSS team to transition processes and build subject matter expertise.
•Work in a hybrid model based in Gurugram with openness to shift-based coverage as needed.

Key Requirements

•2-5 years in HR Operations / Shared Services for EMEA region
•eye for detail and process adherence in HR Operations
•self-starter with strong motivation and initiative
•ability to work independently with minimal mentorship
•willingness to work in a 24x7 shift (2PM-10PM)
