Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular technology-related reviews and proactively support development of new strategies and solutions.
  • •Support the pre-sales process and sell solutions and services identified for clients.
  • •Review and evaluate client requirements to advise on design, deployment, and operation of infrastructures.
  • •Develop strategies and solutions that define meta-architectural designs for complex environments, including styles, concepts, mechanisms, and principles.
  • •Research emerging infrastructure technologies, improve internal effectiveness through better methodologies/tools, and coach/train associate consultants as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced comprehensive technical experience in a similar role within a large-scale technology services environment.
  • •Advanced multi-technology infrastructure design experience with strategic thinking.
  • •Consulting and client engagement experience, including client needs assessment and change management.
  • •Extensive knowledge of systems, software, and programming languages, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT and/or Business Management (scaled agile certification desirable; consulting/technical certifications such as TOGAF preferred).
