AR Supervisor

Own day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including cash applications, invoicing, collections, and month-end close. Lead and mentor an offshore AR team, serve as escalation for complex billing and dunning issues, and manage end-to-end cash application for direct bill and AWS customers. Oversee sales tax/VAT compliance, reconcile invoices across AWS, Salesforce, and NetSuite, track bad debt/allowance, and partner with Deal Desk and Revenue Recognition on contract changes.
