  • •Work with customers to set expectations on rate inquiries, appointments, loan status, and related information.
  • •Confirm appointments and review required documents with customers at the time of application.
  • •Ensure all components are ordered, copied, and included in the loan package prior to processing.
  • •Provide marketing support and serve as a liaison between loan consultant and sales support.
