Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the technical point of contact to solve emergent supplier challenges and mitigate high-impact manufacturing/quality risks.
  • •Own outsourced parts from cradle to grave via DFM reviews, PPAP, industrializing processes, and supplier ramp to production rates.
  • •Partner with procurement to strategically source parts by assessing supplier manufacturing processes and quality systems.
  • •Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) at suppliers and drive containment activities with cross-functional counterparts.
  • •Validate supplier corrective actions and ensure robust, sustainable implementation across manufacturing lines and/or suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience implementing new production lines or process improvements.
