Timberland: Assistant Manager - Camarillo

Lead and coach a team to deliver best-in-class customer experiences that reflect Timberland’s brand values. Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through excellence in customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection. In the Store Manager’s absence, run the store operations end to end. Support recruiting, training, coaching, compliance, inventory/shipping/receiving practices, and maintain visual merchandising standards while promoting an inclusive, high-performing environment.
