Insomniac - Project Manager, Site Production

Lead festival and concert site production projects, partnering with the Site Production Manager to drive advance work, vendor orders, onsite build coordination, and stakeholder updates. Manage project timelines, budgets, and crew labor schedules, and oversee onsite schedules for build and strike. Handle reporting (P-Card, per diem, forecasts, invoices), coordinate seasonal staff onboarding and payroll with HR, and manage advance forms, lodging/transport, and internal communications for site teams.
