Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape platform standardisation and simplification aligned to strategic objectives including application rewrite, decommissioning, duplication reduction, and RTB efficiency.
  • •Provide technical direction across the organisation aligned to platform strategy, engineering standards, and a consistent developer experience.
  • •Define and own reference architectures, designs, technical roadmaps, and golden paths for onboarding workloads to KaaS.
  • •Embed an open-source-based engineering stack with reusable patterns, components, and reference implementations.
  • •Govern early product onboarding as senior technical authority to ensure production readiness while reducing rework risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Operate as a Principal Engineer or senior technical authority in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • •Deliver hands-on platform engineering for shared services used by multiple product and application teams.
  • •Use deep Kubernetes and container platform expertise, including multi-tenant design, cluster operations, security controls, and reliability for KaaS.
  • •Establish production readiness across resilience, observability, security, performance, and operability with clear non-functional expectations.
  • •Guide MVP onboarding or early lifecycle platform adoption with sustainable solutions and reduced rework.
