Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support day-to-day store operations, inventory cycles, visual merchandising, and transaction processing while maintaining service and asset protection standards.
