Key Responsibilities

  • •Scope, hands-on debugging and resolution of multi-disciplinary customer issues across market segments and products.
  • •Collaborate with software development teams to understand software design, architecture, use-cases and implementation; enable customers in applications of this software into differentiated products.
  • •Develop critical customer features, author application notes and provide technical training for AMD field and customer teams.
  • •Analyze and optimize performance; develop software and PoCs for customer use-cases.
  • •Bring-up customer boards with Linux kernel and device drivers as reference boards and contribute to platform tuning and driver optimization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 4,158,000 - 5,940,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree in CS/EE with 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong experience with storage technologies, frameworks, and libraries – RAID, Software Defined Storage, iSCSI SPDK, CEPH, ZFS, Deduplication, compression, Opensource Storage Acceleration libraries, …
  • •Embedded software development in Linux, working on user and kernel mode device drivers, bootloaders, kernel configuration and tuning, power and performance management
  • •High-speed IO driver development and debugging such as PCIe, USB, SATA, NVMe; IO protocols like I2C, SPI
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills
