Job Summary

Support NTT DATA’s Enterprise IT as a Service program as a ServiceNow Administrator specializing in Software Asset Management (SAM Pro). You will configure and optimize ServiceNow SAM Pro software models, entitlements, licenses, discovery maps, and integrations to keep software asset records accurate. Own ongoing license reconciliation, dashboard/report troubleshooting, and service request handling, while collaborating with IT Asset Management, Procurement, Finance, and application owners to improve compliance, reduce costs, and enhance data quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow SAM Pro including software models, entitlements, licenses, discovery maps, and software installations.
•Manage the software asset lifecycle in SAM Pro from procurement and deployment through retirement and disposal.
•Troubleshoot and refine SAM-related dashboards, reports, and metrics for license compliance, spend, and optimization insights.
•Support SAM Pro data integrations (import sets, transform maps, APIs) and resolve data discrepancies affecting ServiceNow.
•Perform ServiceNow platform administration and development tasks (user/group management, ACLs, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, workflow/Flow Designer) and assist with upgrades/patching and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of experience covering the outlined ServiceNow SAM Pro administration and optimization duties.
•3+ years of experience administering and developing on the ServiceNow platform across multiple ServiceNow versions.
•2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro), including configuration, reconciliation, and optimization.
•1+ year of experience with data integration in ServiceNow (e.g., import sets, transform maps, scripting) and integrating with discovery sources.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
