Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the pre-sales process by understanding customer needs and mapping them to Edenred solutions.
  • •Coordinate with sales, product, and implementation teams to prepare and deliver product demonstrations.
  • •Assist in scoping and positioning solutions for corporate clients in Türkiye.
  • •Provide responsive post-demo follow-up, answer technical questions, and assist with procurement processes.
  • •Contribute to customer success during the deployment and initial usage of Edenred meal card and expense management solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven communication skills in Turkish and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • •Experience in pre-sales or sales support, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • •Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, product, implementation) to deliver solutions.
