Key Responsibilities

•Support the pre-sales process by understanding customer needs and mapping them to Edenred solutions.
•Coordinate with sales, product, and implementation teams to prepare and deliver product demonstrations.
•Assist in scoping and positioning solutions for corporate clients in Türkiye.
•Provide responsive post-demo follow-up, answer technical questions, and assist with procurement processes.
•Contribute to customer success during the deployment and initial usage of Edenred meal card and expense management solutions.

Key Requirements

•Proven communication skills in Turkish and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
•Experience in pre-sales or sales support, with a customer-centric mindset.
•Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, product, implementation) to deliver solutions.
•Strong problem-solving and presentation skills with a focus on business impact.
•Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements.
