Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct product training and lead client education events for new product launches and better client knowledge of financial markets and solutions.
  • •Follow the needs-based sales process to provide a meaningful, consistent wealth experience and deliver outstanding client experience.
  • •Support relationship managers in deepening client relationships and increasing the effectiveness and quality of needs fulfilled.
  • •Conduct portfolio reviews with relationship managers, assess product suitability, and evaluate the impact of market and regulatory changes.
  • •Join client meetings to advise as a second point of contact for specific products, and complete insurance-only transactions independently when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum six years’ experience as a product specialist or financial advisor, or at least one year as a Sub-branch Manager in WPB.
  • •Deliver needs-based solutions with strong client skills to provide an outstanding client experience.
  • •Deep knowledge of complex financial solutions and products, including financial markets and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • •Extensive external market awareness of market conditions and new product solutions, with understanding of current market activities.
  • •A solid understanding of global Anti-money Laundering standards and knowledge of local and Group compliance regulations.
