  • •Prepare, manage, and analyze cost estimates, cost plans, and detailed financial reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional membership with RICS (or equivalent) or active progress toward membership.
  • •Proven experience administering and working with JCT and NEC forms of contract.
  • •Strong background preparing Bills of Quantities and developing comprehensive cost plans, including cost estimates and detailed cost reporting.
  • •Experience managing project budgets, monitoring cost performance, and supporting procurement activities including tender evaluation and contract negotiation.
